## Borrower guidance

- Apply by downloading the official JuanHand mobile app at https://juanhand.onelink.me/PWsL/govsjz1f, registering with a Philippine mobile number, completing the required personal details and emergency contact information, and tapping the "Apply Now" button in the app.
- Approved loan funds are transferred to the borrower's Philippine e-wallet account. Borrowers can also withdraw loan cash via over-the-counter outlets nationwide.
- Repayment channels include 7-Eleven, GCash, RD Pawnshop and M. Lhuillier. Borrowers should present their unique JuanHand repayment code and a valid Philippine government ID.
- Loan application status can be checked in the JuanHand app homepage or through official customer service.
- A rejected borrower can submit a new loan application after a 30-day waiting period.
- Available credit limit is reviewed based on complete JuanHand credit repayment history. Borrowers can also use the "Increase Limit" button in the app to upload extra supporting documents.

- JuanHand will never request private bank account details or force borrowers to pay outside official in-app repayment channels.
- JuanHand's debt collection team follows standard ethical processes and will never visit borrowers or borrowers' families in person for loan collection.
- JuanHand does not send private SMS or personal emails to users. Borrowers should cross-check all messages with JuanHand official customer service.
- No middleman is required for loan applications, and JuanHand charges zero processing fees on all loans.
